What is mma resin flooring?
MMA resin is a two-pack acrylic resin cured with a peroxide catalyst. Reactive at very low temperatures, it cures chemically (not by evaporation) in around 60 minutes regardless of ambient conditions, giving a mechanically-bonded, chemically-cured, seamless floor.

Our installation approach
Every install starts with a free site survey to confirm the substrate is fit for the specified system. We mechanically prepare the concrete (diamond grinding, shot blasting or scabbling depending on the resin), install any DPM, primers and repairs required, apply the resin build-up in coats to the specified thickness, and hand over with a written warranty and maintenance schedule. Frequently asked questions
Is MMA only for decorative flake floors?+
No — that's a common misconception. MMA is used across industrial floors, anti-slip systems, quartz broadcast systems, rapid repair mortars, external decks and cold-store floors. Its rapid cure is the defining feature.
Doesn't MMA smell?+
Yes — during installation MMA has a strong odour. We manage this with mechanical extraction, PPE and out-of-hours install windows. Once cured (within an hour) the odour disappears completely.
Is MMA the fastest resin available?+
Yes — MMA is generally the fastest-curing resin flooring technology. Polyaspartic is fast (a few hours) but not as fast as MMA.
What warranty do you provide?+
A written 5-year product-and-installation warranty is standard on all supply-and-install projects. Some systems (PU screeds, MMA) can be extended to 7–10 years subject to specification and client maintenance regime.
