What is fast cure resin flooring?
Two families of fast-cure resin. MMA is the fastest (60 minutes to full service, installs to –25°C) but has stronger installation odour. Polyaspartic is slightly slower (4–8 hours to service) but low-odour and UV stable. We recommend the right one for the deadline, environment and finish.

Our installation approach
Every install starts with a free site survey to confirm the substrate is fit for the specified system. We mechanically prepare the concrete (diamond grinding, shot blasting or scabbling depending on the resin), install any DPM, primers and repairs required, apply the resin build-up in coats to the specified thickness, and hand over with a written warranty and maintenance schedule. Which is the fastest resin — MMA or polyaspartic?+
MMA. It cures chemically in around 60 minutes and installs down to –25°C. Polyaspartic is fast (4–8 hours) but not as fast as MMA.
Can you work overnight?+
Yes — the majority of our fast-cure installs are done between the closing time of one shift and the opening of the next.
What warranty do you provide?+
A written 5-year product-and-installation warranty is standard on all supply-and-install projects. Some systems (PU screeds, MMA) can be extended to 7–10 years subject to specification and client maintenance regime.
Do you cover the whole UK?+
Yes. F Wilding Ltd is Essex-based but the majority of our contracts are outside the South East — London, the Midlands, the North West, Yorkshire, the North East, Wales, Scotland and the South West. Travel, accommodation and out-of-hours access are priced into every quote.
