Can you repair a resin floor another contractor installed?+
Yes — the majority of the repairs we're called to are on floors we didn't originally install. We identify the existing system before quoting and specify a compatible repair resin so the patch bonds correctly.
Will the repair be an invisible colour match?+
No repair is completely invisible on a weathered floor — the surrounding resin has aged, UV-faded and picked up wear. We match colour and finish as closely as practical, and on larger repairs we can re-coat a full panel or bay to blend the edge.
How quickly can you attend?+
For genuine emergencies (H&S risk, food-audit failure) we mobilise within 24–48 hours nationwide. Planned repairs are typically scheduled within one to two weeks.
Can you work around a live operation?+
Almost every project we run is on a working site. We phase installs by bay, aisle or zone, work nights and weekends where required, and specify fast-cure MMA or polyaspartic systems on jobs where a single continuous shutdown isn't possible.
